my daughter and I went for a drive and stopped at the old mill.
in the pictures you can see where the water goes in and turns the big wheel inside and where it comes out the other side.
the power is transferred through a series of shafts and belts to the grinding and bagging areas up above

it's located on the outskirts of Oxford, Ks off the side of the Arkansas river.
it's been turned into a restaurant
