I've clearly run out of ways to say I am absolutly astounded by the pictures you are taking... AWESOME!

Snowed all day here today but nothing stuck to the ground - there's been snow in the mountains for a week.

Well thank you MJ, but if you come down here you'd see how easy it is. Just point the camera and shoot. If you want to see some way more better pics, by folks that actually have a little experience with a camera and know what they doin, go to www.summitdaily.com. Aw, man, they got some good pics from around here. They actually let me on there under the screen name of Vaquero.

Up here I haven't noticed that 'Thundering Snow' as Gary England calls it, Excavator. I saw it several times in western Oklahoma. That weather phenomenom is pretty strange and kinda cool the first time you see it.

I've only seen it twice, but both times we got 3-4 feet of snow, that's a lot for the river valleys. Have a feeling we could be in for a pretty cold winter, hope not.

Saw a pic somewhere today, looked a lot like the one above, but not quite as nice.

Yessir, They are great pics. I like both and the second one has some unusual color reflection on the water.

It makes for awesome viewing.

Congrats on your great mountain scenery.
