Some dedicated greens eaters don't think much of Chard,but I love em'. Put them in a pot of water, add some flavor ie bacon or hamhock and cook them down. :tongue3: :tongue3: :tongue3:

They do look good. I would cook them like collard greens, I guess. I can pick a few greens here year round...at Safeway, or City Market. But they ain't no polk salad, or turnip greens, and fresh okra is pretty much out of the question up here above 9,000 feet. Even at the grocery stores.
