we lost power about 4am sat morn, just came back on 1 hr ago (sunday
9:30am) temp was 14 here about 7:30, been using the gen on m/home to
keep frig cool, wood stove and propane wall units never shut down,
we up and running again, found out i was the last household on mt to
get power restored, gonna tell them since i was last this time, i wanna
be first next time---lol

Thank goodness for the wood stove & propane, we got about 3'' of snow starting to melt off some, areas NW of us in OK got hit hard, no power, up to 10'' in NW AR, so we did okay. :thumbsup:

looks like you got hit with ice. we were lucky here in the bootheel & got just snow. 'bout 8" of it! It is so beautiful!! but soo glad we didn't get ice!

noodle---we holed up allrite but, no shine. all i had was some WHINE
according to wsd, he promised cheese to go with it, he fibs or else
its frozen in transit someplace--lol
m/b--lots of ice here and a little farther on the mt, lots trees down
(i was told) the power company had their hands full...
nice pics yours, if even you hate winter you must also know it is beautiful
fossis---yep the wood stove was kept busy, nancy gets up during the
night to load it up again (i'm a sleepy head). :dontknow:

Yeah, that is kinda rough when you lose power this time of year. Glad you got it back on.
