Beautiful pics but wheres the fish? I was lucky enough to get to go fishing in Colorado 1 time and it was probably the most memorable fishing I've ever done. Maybe I'll get back there someday Lord willing.

I didn't want to post any more pics of dead fish as I got a little flak from a few folks who didn't really understand. So they don't have to see the pics, and they're not invited to my fish fry.

There you go again with some fantastic pictures. You are one heck of a photographer!

Pics of fish, legally taken and intended to be eaten are offensive? I think its a pretty clear sign that as a nation we have gotten too far removed from where our food comes from.

The frypan pic reminds me of trips to mountain lakes with my dad, where each fish fry started by melting a half pound of butter. My dad eats pretty healthy and hits the gym everyday, so I guess he figured the good cholesterol in the fish offset the real butter. But oh, how good!

Nice ones, Steve71. But I ain't gonna fry them up because they're what we call 'trash fish'. Although my son cooked up some gar and said it wasn't that bad. Still, they're fun to go bowfishing for, particularly gar down on the Red River.

i was real suprized how they cook on the pit with beer butter and spices you would never think they are trash fish.
