I've been reading around this huge site for a while with great interest so I thought it about time I posted something!
Some local pics.
Once a year they close the railway and you can walk through the Manawatu Gorge.

I like old stuff! I work part time now in our local Settlers Museum in Waipawa, Hawkes Bay

Everytime any one of my 7 grandkids go past they point to the museum and say ,"My grandad's in there!" I feel I should remain motionless!

The rest of the time I fish or play in the river and look for fossils.
