Went to the party for a baptism tonight. Good one, and they managed to combine three of them into one. Smart and economical thinking, believe me. Melanye, Alexander, and Christopher. I just thought the pic of the kids was cute. And yeah, that is actually how we cook carnitas, and Abel is stirring that with a boat paddle that was bought specifically for that purpose.

Cute picture of the kids :thumbsup: As far as using a boat paddle...when I ran a Tex-Mex restaurant we went out and bought a 30 gallon trash can and a boat paddle to make our salsa in...worked like a charm.
