A while back when we were at the Algonac Art Fair along the Saint Clair River, (the same day that we saw the cute little
chicken-yard) this sailing ship came up and docked. It came from the other direction of the dock and with all the activity
going on we didn't see it until it was tying up so didn't get a pic of it out on the river. That would have been a nice shot.
It came from Germany and were going to have paid tours on board the next day. We had something else going on so we
didn't make it back down there to take a tour.

# 1 is the sign they hung from the gangplank, then a few pics of it and 1 of some swans swimming by. Then the last
one is one Karen and myself that a nice lady standing near offered to take.

Enjoy.

TnMountains, Yup that rigging could be a real problem if some of it got loose and had to be re-tied in it's own spot. I
wanted to get some pick showing all the rigging on it because there is so much.

RGinn, It's fun getting pics of things seen during our everyday travels around the area. I'm glad you like them. This forum
does have lots of good scenery pics from different areas where the members live.

Thanks to the 3 of you guys for looking and for your replies.

Hello, Mike, Maggie, and Samantha, Thanks and yes it was quite a sight to see that one pulling up there. It was kinda thrilling to see it and look at all the rigging and the construction and think about the years when that was the only mode of sea travel.

Thanks for looking.
