Iuka, Ms
This is a picture of me at Secret Falls, a remote area on NorthFork Creek, which is located in Northwestern Alabama. A tributary stream has cut a huge gorge and flows down
a series of eight waterfalls into the main canyon and creek area, carving out a huge Karst feature at the end. Beautifully "In the field", was I........
(this is also one of my favorite places to hunt. I have found several nice artifacts under the many Bluff Shelters, here). -Creekwalker

WOW. That is too cool. I'll have to put that on my list of "Places I Must Go See For Myself".

Can you just imagine the others that came before you thousands of years ago? They probably stood near the same spot in awe like yourself. Excellent :icon_thumright:

I can understand why it is your "favorite." Beautiful. Historical. I run out of words too soon.
Saw several like places in the Springfield, Missouri area when attending college there. Was not
THing at that time....who knows what I missed.
Do you do any work with a machine around that area? Is it allowed? Is that area in a state park? County park area?
Very, very nice.
