Or at least some of the more interesting bits :laughing7:. We have a 2 day free airshow here every year, the weather this year was overcast so the program today was a bit subdued. At least the Vulcan bomber made an appearance :hello2:, enjoy the pics.

The first 2 pics are of the beautiful P51

Dayton, Ohio has a big air show. Think about July. Just down the road from me. Some of the planes fly over my house. OhioDeb

Hammered,

Great shots man! I really like the last 2 above the rooftops....great perspective! I think your airshow outdid mine by a longshot.

Bob, your shots are just as good :icon_thumleft:. Interestingly, I took shelter in a friends seafront shop that day, and his late father used to be a navigator on that particular Vulcan. One of the shots I took impressed him enough that he is going to have it printed in A2 format and hung in his shop, honor indeed for me

How did you get those jets to slow down for your picture :icon_scratch: :laughing7:

Honestly, the RAF has some nerve buzzing those poor people. I bet they didn't know which way was up after the second pass :tongue3:

I haven't gone to an airshow in years, too many accidents almost every year. I don't feel like making the news that way.

Number 1. I called up the RAF and told them all I had was a Box Brownie and could they fly past at about 2 mph. They complained at first, but when I pointed out that I had voted for the Jedi party in the last election they said they would order their pilots to fly slow. Added to which they would save fuel, it was a no brainer

Number 2. They buzzed the people and houses cos they were pissed at having to fly slow just for me

Number 4. I have forgotten about Number 3

Number 5. What was I talking about :icon_scratch:

Number 6. We don't have accidents here, we can't afford it :laughing7:
