Jeffery Squirril
Since I've been around home for awhile, have been making some friends.
This is my friend Jeffery. (The species, "Jeffery Squirrels" are less than half the size of the eastern squirrels.)

Thanks Chris, This little guy was pretty skittish, but now when I go outside he comes out of the woodpile, and runs around nearby.
Spends a lot of time hanging out under the bird feeder gleaning what the birds knock down.
Pretty sure he's not the same one that was here this summer. Had one here that would take a flying leap from a tree, and latch onto the hanging bird feeder. Haven't seen this one do that.

Great pic Ron . We have a few squirrels round here but they're quite timid, maybe I can persuade them with a few hazel nuts

Thanks hammered,
Just start feeding the birds, and you will soon have squirrels.

Thanks PB, I use a Canon XSI. Used a Canon 400mm 5.6L lens for this.
