I just pass thru once in a while in that truck in the picture.

I just looked it up and found some info on wikipedia. I see someone took a picture from about the same place as I did. McGill, Nevada - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There were some interesting buildings on the other side of the street, but not good for pictures with the early morning light.
