Found these colors today right outside of my home town of Ironton Ohio. Otherwise havent seen much colors in the leaves around here.

The fall colors were not as good as in past years. It's been pretty dry in our area and I think that may have had an affect.

Hey mamabear, I was down at a place called Farmington, Mo recently. The fall colors were beautiful, but I didn't get the pictures I wanted. It was raining and windy at the time.

Here's a couple from north of St. Louis, next to a truckstop. First persimmons I've seen since I was a kid in oklahoma.

I love all the fall color pics...little to none here, except for the Golden Rain Tree. The yellow is the flowers (my yard); the peachy is the seed pods (paper lanterns), taken in the next town over from me.

Oh my goodness! We live in such a beautiful country! Everyone that posted, thank you. Fall is my favorite time of yr. The colors this yr seem more vivid than usual. Has anyone else noticed that? or is it just me?
