I LOVE creating, desiging, etc *almost* as much as metal detecting. So, I thought I'd share a few of my creations.

The first one is made from a piece of wood I found in an alley, utensils I found MD'ing....painted the wood and gave it a distressed look, drilled holes in the utensils, bent the spoons to hold battery operated tealights then nailed them to the wood.

I discovered that you can't toss a plastic bottle into the recycling bin with the cap on it...they'll throw the entire bottle in the trash...the plastic caps must be recycled at a special facility that deals with #5 plastic.....so I saved caps, primed and painted them then adhered broken vintage jewelry pieces on top...then glued to a frame.

Thanks for looking. And do you repurpose/upcycle your finds???
