Made some bread then tried buns

Dare I say nice buns? The ones in the store just don't have any texture,they're too gummy.I should really fish my bread machine out and try to make some homemade breads.

I haven‘t make beer bread in years. So last winter I decided to make a loaf. At the groceries store, they only sold beer by the six packs or more. I stop at the corner store and picked up a single beer. I about had a cow when the girl said, that will be $2.00 and was getting the cheep stuff. Last 12 pack I bought was under $10.

That will be the last time I’ll be making beer bread.

Try a grocery outlet store. Around here (and NoCal is an expensive place to live) a nice can of beer can be as low as 99 cents.

I like the Hawaiian bread kit,to make Hawaiian buns.
