Mid February, 40 miles east of Boise, Idaho, 3200 feet elevation. We've had a full week of 60+ degrees days except only 57 on Wednesday. The trees are beginning to bud out! Very unusual. No, I don't think anything major is happening with the weather. It's just an 'off' year. We get 'em sometime.
