The temp got up to a respectable 19 deg Fahrenheit, so Miss Daisy and I headed out to the Loop Trail to take some pics. First stop was a view of part of my little town.

I could see a snow squall headed our way in the distance

I thought we'd better head off to our destination across the way

This where we had just come from

Finally, the entrance to " The Library ". It is a room created by a formation of huge boulders in such close proximity to each other that they form a natural open-topped area complete with 2 windows.

On the way back, just before the parking lot, I noticed this, had a chuckle and thought I'd share with you guys

Have you swung the coil back there in the Library?

No sir. It sees a lot of traffic. There is a pretty big fire ring inside that always looks well used. The walls have pitons every little bit so I know rock climbers visit there as well. This particular site is part of an old coal mining area that has trails, ruins of buildings, natural rock formations and hundreds of acres of forest. It has just been made part of the Lackawanna Forest so it now is off limits to detecting.:BangHead:. Politics is off limits, so I can't rant about that8-)
