I am glad I take my camera with me where ever I go. I would have been so dissapointed to have missed this. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. We never even got the rain, just the color. The hubby wouldn't let me chase down the 2 pots of gold .

Good shots CG, don't think I ever shot a rainbow photo, again, too many tall trees around my place, also the TStorms have a habit of missing my area. Need rain!!

Ah, the double rainbow. Did you know the colors are reversed from one rainbow to the other? Purdy pix.

Lets all wish for enough rain for Don to water the gardens and lawn, but that's it, I don't want anymore of it sneaking on up here .

Yeah it's been quite a while since I've seen a double, we had a tripple a few years back, it was daylight too not dusk, very pretty.

TT I did not know about the colors being revesed, thank you. I'm going back to look.

We had a beautiful double rainbow last week here that I got some shots of and shared here too, but yours are even better. Great capture. I love the vivid colors closer to the ground.

Oh, it's so pretty. If anyone needs any rain, I'll send to them...we had 3 thunderstorms move thru the area yesterday and each one was a gully washer.

Thanks BDoo, how are you feeling? Still sore? I actually tried several shots, with several diffrent modes, and angles to see the difference in the way the pic's came out, 15 in total, I was just snapping away.
