Mourning Dove

These guys are always in the same spot in the road down the Meadows,driving slowly they scurry ahead of me and finally fly into the same group of trees,been doing it for months.



I believe she has been waiting quite some time,for what is beyond me!

That doll head is creepy !!! You would be suprised at how tasty those little doves are. We have a hunting season for them here in south florida. I have about 20 of them that I feed in my yard, they will almost eat from my hand. I would never eat my little buddies. But they are good. Just saw your ring in the other thread very nice find.
