A whole bunch of helium balloons should do it!
A dune cart with wide tires...a lawn tractor cart...deer cart ..has to be away.
Maybe haul them on end in a three wheeled cart...small boat trailer ..

It is a state park so manual labor is required.

I agree on the dolly. Just make sure to also use a ratchet strap or two as well!

Saw a pic a while back of an old style barrow a guy built with an atv front tire ,wood frame and deck of course .
The rear two corners had uprights to rest on the ground ,and to avoid a roll over.
Two tall swivel casters( if wide enough for sand) on their bottoms might help, but would void braking action of resting uprights on ground.

Something else that would work is a hunter's cart. If you happen to know of anyone who goes deer hunting, maybe they'll let you borrow theirs. They use bicycle-type wheels that roll easily over objects.

Don't get caught...those Park Rangers will have you drawn and quartered for
theft of wood. Best plan to do the stump-heist at night. It'll keep you
out of ....

BTW, I'm with Relevantchair..balloons is your best bet. Once it rises above
ground, all you gotta do is drift it out of there silently.

I was told that I can take driftwood, by a Ranger taking driftwood from the same beach!

It's not like they are going to miss it....:laughing7:

At one time you could, when it was privately owned. Chrissy field. It was an airport training strip . State park with a fancy welcome center now. Tourists galore.
A friend of my daughters is dating an Oregon state football player. They may or may not be here for Christmas. Since I was an Oregon state football player... years ago.. I wonder...Help an alumnus out!! A few big guys......

Put about 50 coats of lacquer on that baby and you'll have one sweet butcher block
