Out of the cold and back to the warmth

The first picture is looking at the headwaters of the Uncompahgre river coming out of the San Juan mountains as the sun was coming up and the other picture is of the Arkansas river as the sun was going down someplace between Salida and Cañon City to where I'm heading. It's sure a lot warmer in the lower elevations.
