What's a Feuerhand you wonder. Well I didn't know either until I stopped by the thift store yesterday and saw this like new hurricane lantern for 4 bucks. They're made in Germany and the globe is made by Jena glass, said to be tempered so not to break very easily even when cold rain hits it. It also has a special seal in it so the fuel won't splash out of the tank when your​ lugging it around. Looking on eBay it seems they all sell at a price more than I gave. I just loved trying it out in the dark this morning. It has such a warm and pleasing glow to it.
