didn't break the eggs, but the dogs found them. :-\

These birds drive me crazy. They are all over where I live. You don't have to be anywhere near them and they feign a broken wing to keep you away from their nest. I call them surfer birds because they look like a surfer holding his arms out when they run around going PEE-PEeee-Peee-ppeee-peeee-peeeee.
I've seen them lay eggs in the middle of a gravel parking lot. Not too bright.
