This time of year I get visited by both mom and the little ones. Caught
these two little bandits red-handed. Trying to come up with a caption,
as they're certainly saying something..:laughing7:

Took this one same night. The mom is "Lucky" (one-eyed and only three
working legs), and those are her 4 little ones for this year. You think puppies
are fun to watch, imagine 4 inquisitive coons checking out anything and everything
they can see, touch or smell....8-)

Looks like early trick or treaters. Night before last my Ollie was all excited about something up in the grape arbor. He was jumping up on a post, so I got mine cap lamp and look around underneath. Then I spotted a foot on a vine and it's tail. It was young raccoon up there munching on my grapes. It was hiding pretty good up in those grape vines.

I don't take too kindly to those coons. They seem to want to totally ruin my sweet corn harvest. They will literally go down the rows and pull down an ear and eat part of it and go on down to the next one until they have taken down at least a dozen ears a night. At least I know when the corn is ready to harvest, and then I pick as much as I can to put up in the freezer.

Some good ideas here..!

Couple I came up with: "Hands Up...Don't Shoot!"

The one on the left says to the other one.."DUDE! Check out what he did to the owl and the frog...hope we're not next!!"
