Not bad here. About an inch of snow last night and about the same for tonight. Lots of open ground still, but everything above 10,000 is pretty much snow covered for the duration. In the 30's today but 50's forecast for the rest of the week. Rest of the ski resorts here open this weekend with only a few runs open, mostly due to snowmaking efforts. No tellin what this winter will bring, but hope you guys don't get hammered too hard!

How depressing ------------- the worse thing that can happen to a dectorist, is to be house bound for the winter, then die in the spring.

Woke up to snow falling a few days back...ended up with a couple inches.
This is the earliest snow I've seen in 15 years since we bought our house.

Still some of it around, and nights have been dropping into the high 20's.
Hopefully this isn't a harbinger of things to come this winter, but I'm afraid
that's what to be.

The 'Coons and my cats have all put on some serious fur in the past month,
and the critters know what's coming in the next couple months; they're forecasting
is far superior that that of the weatherman.
