When done properly Ice fishing is very warm. Ice house, pot belly stove, hole in the ice and a bottle of Bourbon. Warm as toast

Ice shanty, propane heater, and hole in the ice. No bourbon. Feet got cold. That must be what the bourbon is for? Lol.

Got 5 walleye and 25 perch. No pics but I think it's believable since it doesn't even add up to a limit for one.

I wouldn't go without the shelter and heat either. And the cracking ice was pretty scary. But, I don't think I can say "never again."

Thank you, Blak Bart. We're kinda grounded due to elderly parents and I'm the only kid (haha although I'm old) left to take care of them. We've got an invitation to go to Belize. I hope to do that someday.
