Interesting, pretty but ugly creature. Sorta has that tomato worm look to him. Great shot, Lisa.

You're pretty good with that camera, girl ;)

Your pics made me think of.......... ::) ::) ::)........

This guy was lonely and so he decided life would be more fun if he had a
> pet. So he went to the pet store and told the owner that he wanted to
> buy an unusual pet. After some discussion he finally bought a
> centipede, (100 leg bug), which came in a little white box to use for
> his house.
>
> He took the box home, found a good location for the box, and decided he
> would start off by taking his new pet to the bar for a drink.
>
> So he asked the centipede in the box, "Would you like to go to Frank's
> place with me and have a beer?" But there was no answer from his new Pet.
>
> This bothered him a bit, but he waited a few minutes and then asked
> him again, "How about going to the bar and having a drink with me?"
>
> But again there was no answer from his new friend and pet. So he
> waited a few minutes more, thin king about the situation.
>
> He decided to ask him one more time. This time putting his face up

Ashleen....that was good...didn't see that one coming :-\

Just Mona...meant to tell you;

Those green buggers are some good eating. In a small saucepan saute a crushed clove of garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter, add 1 cup of burgandy wine, 2 spinach leaves, 1 dill pickle slice, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon of heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil; take the fella and drop him in and boil until he floats, Remove quickly so the skin doesn't toughen.

Slice in half and place on a piece of melba toast that has 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and some dried cranberries on top.

Enjoy! ;D

Guess you'll miss out on the smoked ribs, smoked turkey breast, home-made macaroni salad, fresh baked bread and, since you are not coming to eat I won't make home-made Gobs for desert! ....just Nanner pudding! :P

BTW....green worms on melba toast won't be served cause I haven't seen any around here this year ::)
