So that's your Dad. Did you get the proper permission forms signed to post his photo on a public forum? :laughing7: I can feel tingling in my toes just looking at his being all bent and the circulation cut off. I would definitely have to sit on a stump.

My Dad refuses to sit on a stump or chair....We take turns splitting, and it's hard on the knees and toes...Still beats a splitting maul...We usually manage to get a pickup load split and stacked in about an hour.


You can't beat a hydraulic wood splitter.

Wow. Brings back some memories. 6 or 8 cord of wood needed every winter is a chore and a half! Your Dad has a great tool there.
