sights & sounds going on around me
These are just some picture I grabbed the camera for. These two fighter jets went right over me in the back yard blasting away as one was chasing the other in a wide circle. I went and grabbed the camera and the one flew up beside the other and they then flew off. They were awesome to watch and hear. These thunderheads look rather beautiful at sundown and I thought I'd play a bit with a shot of this thistle. More and more cormorants are moving into the neighborhood and I wonder if that will have an effect on the fish population, as I see them all the time diving and coming up with little minnows in their beaks. These rabbits are have a battle in the street and it was neat to watch from the window with my morning coffee. Out back I watched this spider go round and round building a web and up in the sky it's the man with the flying chair and like always this time of year the hot air balloons are raking in the dough with all the folks I see in the baskets going by.

Boy, you were busy! I think the thunderhead clouds are neat.
I can imagine those bunnies fiddling with one another. I bet that was funny! Cool photos!

Yeah those buck bunnies are fun to watch. They have a face off and make little lunges at each other and then one will charge at the other. It looks like thier playing a game of leap frog. I wasn't really busy, theses we're all on the camera and taken over the course of a couple weeks.

From what I saw in Oklahoma, cormorants moving in will decimate the fish population and their nesting areas will become barren waste lands.

I haven't seen any nesting areas yet. I'd say this year is the most I've seen these birds around here.
