The tailless doe had twins this year and both are bucks. You can just make out the small nubs on their heads. That brings the count to 9 bucks and 2 does that have been caught on the trail cam.

They asked where we put our camera, "In the woods? By the creek?" Mr Wd laughed and pointed out the front window and said, "Right there!" They were surprised.

The eight point was out there feeding at 2am when the storm was coming through. But, I haven't seen him since and I heard a not too distant shot four or five days ago. Maybe he is just laying low.

The eight point showed up last night and sparred with the spike a little. I was kind of surprised to see them feeding together with the peak of the rut a few days off.
