I wired a jar of peanut butter down so nothing would take off with it and Darky was the first one to find it,I'll keep him nice and plump.



Looking out for danger while grabbing a bite now and then..




Then this gray came around,she needs to pork-up for winter quick..




She had her head stuck in there chowing down..




Her way of saying 'way to go,thanks'..

Nah..the only thing I shoot animals with now is a camera.

I think they taste really good with some eggs, but not worth taking their life for the little amount you get from them.

Good to see they are being fed though, met too many folks who have like anger issues towards them.

They know where the food is. I bought 50 lbs. of natural peanut butter last year cause I like peanut butter and I don't mind feeding the critters either.

Could be,I notice every once in a while they gag eating that dry peanut butter.

you ever set out a dish of milk in the same area as the feeder. Used to do this in winter and watch them. They would remain until it was empty.

Never dawned on me,I'll try that tomorrow.

if the outside temp permits then you would not have to take the dish in after a couple hours if it is not empty by then.

word of warning though, it will spoil them. might even move closer to you. LOL
