They are awesome birds of prey. If I am correct they dispersed in areas around the world. Another thing is that you don't a whole lot of them.

There was five of them hanging around that place for awhile, Probably something dead around there mostly scavengers

good photos. Lots more eagles around this area of central indiana in the last 5 years. we see them every now and then. Last fall two flew over from the SE to NW to a wooded creek area. Like to fighter jets going over. Fast relatively low, just over tree top level, and big.
