hi, me and sc hunter went out for about 2 hrs today . i found my first mercs and a diamond in its mounting but i dont know if it is a real one . i think it is a zircon. but it is still a great find and a first for me . the finds came from a fair ground that is about 1920 era so i think it could never be all hunted and probably has a lot to give . by the way the merc were both 1942 also found two wheats and lots of pop tops and wine bottle caps. i guess as time would have it there was alot of wine ohs around here. so thanks for reading my post and keep swinging. the best is yet to come. hh hunting swampfox
