The mornings are beginning to get cooler now that we're on the downside of summer and it even dipped into the high 50s last night. I took a bike ride yesterday morning as we have miles of pathways here where I live and I made a stop to this little pool that's about 20ft in diameter. It's located along the local creek under a canopy of various tall cottonwoods and surrounded by other shrubs and is feed by a little trickle off the creek when it reaches its crest. As of now the little pool is cut off as the creek level falls, but there are still some frogs holding out of what little water is left. It's a great little place to just sit and day dream and observe the many dragonflies and damselflies that also frequent this little pool.

We're getting down into the upper 70s at night. Time to break out the blankets.

Nice photos! :icon_thumleft:

I have two frog/fish ponds, always fun to watch them in action.

Not yet OD, maybe someday. I am seeing more of them around. I took a picture of this e-bike recently. It folds up and I was thinking it might be kinda fun to have one if them in the back of the truck when I'm out and away. I kind of like the quiet stealth-ness and speed of these bikes. They can have a range up to 45 miles before the battery drains. Then ya gotta peddle it home if you go to far.
