These pictures represent what I got to look at all day yesterday...

Amazing pictures Jim I had a good buddy while in the Army from Helena. How big is that city. Always wondered what happened to him

Great pics of this great country. Both of them would make great wall paper for my computer. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Montana Views

LOL Jim, I looked at your photos and Darn, that one sure looked familiar. So, this evening I went through my photo albums from one of my several trips to Great Falls and sure enough, although the photo is faded and there was no bright blue sky that day, but back in 1987, over 20 years ago, I took almost the same shot at the same place! I remember the scenic pullover well.

Note: it is two photographs taped together thus the vertical line. Sure wish I had a digital camera back in those days. :)

Re: Montana Views

Don! LOL... Same place... yup!

That's so cool!

Did you know that the bridge pictured there was the bridge over Hardy Creek... that bridge was used in the Canadian Border scene from the movie The Untouchables... with Kevin Costner. I ride my bike through that canyon all summer long... It's like heaven along the Mighty Mo.

Thanks all for you're responses...

Re: Montana Views

Thanks for the pics Jim. It's been 20 years since I took the road
from Helena north to hunt elk in the Bob Marshall. Really nice
country especially when you get 10 hours into the 'Bob' & spend
2 weeks in there along the Little Salmon. I still look at those
pictures & hope to go back. Thanks for the memories.
