Yeah Jim, it's pretty wide spread. It has a name I heard on the weather, but I now can't seem find it. It's winter storm, "something"

Here in Maryland, the first frosts are coming Nov. 2. That's as late as I've ever seen that and I've lived here all my life.

Yeah, we're covered up here at the Summit. I thought that first one was just our normal October snow preview, but this might be here to stay and keep goin.

A hundred or so miles from you and not even close to first frost for at least the next two weeks. Low on Nov 2 for us will be 41. I don't expect a frost before Thanksgiving. Nice to have a Fall for a change. I'll probably stop wading in the Bay for miles in my swimsuit & t-shirt soon.

Calling for 75 here on Halloween but with thunderstorms possible.

He's good in the cold and snow, but when Bella's paws pack up with snow she just stops and then you gotta carry her.

Yeah, it's 9° this morning with a high of 20° today and gonna stay cold through tomorrow night. Probably won't be a whole bunch of trick-or-treaters coming around.

Wow. Maybe you'll get an early start to ice fishing? I miss cold winters most for the ice fishing.

Here on Halloween day 2019 and the temp is 75 at 9pm, down from a humid 78 this afternoon. Is that alone proof of global warming? Nope - climate is the average of many weather events, not just an isolated example like this.

We didn't get many trick-or-treaters either - probably too warm for them...

Oh, and great looking dog!

No trick or treaters here. Out here in the woods we only get deer. Thunderstorms within the hour and a tornado watch, 70 degrees then 29 tomorrow night. Yeah!

Living in my neighborhood for 30 years now I've had several generations of trick-or-treaters. Boy they get more creative every generation with the costumes. Even the parents go all out. I can't believe how they market to every holiday now days. Big money in all that.
