    This was no accident. I just realest this pair from the terrarium. They are enjoying the Flox in front of the house.

    I don't believe I've seen many Monarch's this year. Those yellow swallowtail's were more frequent that I recall.

    Not many butterflies here this year. Missing are the black swallowtails. I haven't seen any. A few monarchs and some yellow tiger swallowtails but it's pretty slow all in all. They do aerial spraying on the cornfields around here and I think that has had a negative effect on the butterflies. Gary

    They spent a terrible cold day yesterday. Overcast and some sprinkles. This morning temp got to 55 degrees and the sun hit them. They were gone....
