I once saw the Monarch migration in its full glory, in the woods behind my house when we lived in Western Michigan in the late 70's. It was like being in a fantasy, there were butterflies everywhere. Hard to imagine it if you've never seen it before.

Years ago went to a butterfly gardens outside of Vancouver, B.C. There was like a greenhouse or netting to keep them there. All sorts of exotic species.
