Its a hen, they have their brood in the spring. So its could be from this past spring.

Looks like a wild turkey to me. We had a flock of them in my back yard last winter (2019-2020)!

I think this one is a lot younger than the usual flock on the property. Strange she all alone also, pretty actually. I don't think she'll have any problem attracting a few guys in the spring.
