Not according to the calender, but to me it has. They say more is on its way. We have enough now for cross country sking and thats one part of it that I do like. Thanks for looking.

Thank you Carolina.Haven't been doing much painting. Started on a big Cardinal farm scene and it was going pretty good and then I hit a brick wall and I just died on it,so out comes the camera and I take pictures instead. I bought a new camera to take reference pictures with and this is some from the new camera. Got a lot to learn with it.CarolinaDigs said:The pictures are as lovely as your paintings Van
I don't mind winter Fossis, but when it starts this early it gets pretty hard and boring.fossis said:Looks very 'chilly' Van, we lucked out so far with just a few 'cool days, then in the 70's today, with more 'cold fronts ' on the way.
Fossis................
Thanks CG. I'm not sure what they are. Ive shot a lot of summer pictures in that area, and I believe it is a bush that in the summer has some really different blooms on it. The blooms look lie lace. Thank you NMFE, I'm going to have to find out what those berries are. Looks like something the birds would eat.Naughty Man Frosty Elf said:Those are some nice shots Van. I agree with CG...the snow on the berries is "suitable for framing"!
Thanks Nipper, it was a pretty evening when those were shot. Lots of blue sky and neat shadows.Nipper Tum-Tums said:Gosh the sky is so vivid. Love all the pics, so picture perfect.
