School and Train building- Anybody hunt these?

I found these two places to hunt. Got the nerve to talk to a farmer chopping wood by school. He said everybody has hunted it, but...did we ever hunt the old Grist Mill down the road back in the brush. Old Grist Mill?

They look promising, even though they may have been hunted, with the 'newer, better' detectors coming out, things may have been overlooked.
