Hi Star,

I have a brother and a Sister that are living in the area as well.
I am the only one of the kids who is actually a native.
I was born in Ft. Collins.

Funny how we gravatate to our roots when we get older.

Gorgeous country, Thom. Thanks for sharing it with us. I know you're the type of man who will ensure it remains just as beautiful for generations to come. And I thank you for that.

I must admit, someone doing something to hurt it really sets me off.
we are the best example for the future generations .

Cyndi,
I found these looking for a good winter picture for CG,
They are from a scouting trip in March last spring.
this disc has probably 200 different pictures on it so I grabbed these at random.
You guys need to let me know if this thread is getting out of hand.
I am enjoying it all a lot.

Thom......May I call you that?. No this is a lovely thread, and its nice for me to see what a lovely Country you live in. America is a place that I have always wanted to visit. It's good to see the differences, both in scenery and customs between America and the UK. Already I notice the different play on "words," and I am sure we must seem abit pompous to you at times. Quite unwittingly of course. I so like the relaxed atmosphere in here, and the friendly attitude. A great bunch of perople ( think I should say "Guys")

regards

Unicorn,

Thom is my given name, pronounced with a silent 'H'.

How many people know it is Henry Winkler's first name as well. Spelled the same way.

To quote my Mother "You can probably call him anything as long as it's not Late for supper"

The 'Old Dog' thing came along because I have been chasing the Spanish for more years than most, 30+.

OK guys,

Her are some I ran across that are actual trail photos,

Tom,
I'm glad you are enjoying the thread.
So tell me, which markers do you see?

I am going to climb up on the roof tonight and try to catch the sunset.
