I posted these pictures of a snow storm we had last winter.

With all the heat here lately, I wish we had a little cooler weather now.

It's funny how we act about the weather, in the winter we can't wait for it to warm up and in the summer we can't wait for it to cool down.

I'm a spring and fall person myself but would rather the cold over the heat any day. To me it feels soooo good to warm up but when I get hot it's way hard to cool down. I've never been grumpy from being cold but boy does the heat brings out my jeckle and hyde sides every time.

Enjoy!

I remember we dreamed of warmer days,
swinging detectors without confining gloves,
and digging without ice picks........Yes, I remember!

The grass is always greener (or frozen) on the other side.

I remember it WAY too well.
I remember the tingling ears and numb fingers.
That is why I moved to California.

I will take earthquakes, fire, smog, 106-degree temperatures,
flower children, high gas prices - ANYTHING to get away
from shovelling that stuff.

(Though there is just a touch of nostalgia too! :'( )

I'll take the white stuff over a hot and humid summer any day!! It also has the added benefit of getting rid of the rift raft right around November :D
