Found: Baby Alligator at the edge of my house.

It has been at least a year since I have spotted an alligator in the canal in my backyard. However, a couple new babies have arrived. About 2 years ago, there was a big ol' bad boy who patroled the area around my dock --- until he ate a fool-hearty swimmer. (How dumb is that?). The authorities killed him for doing what comes natural. Since then, I have not spotted any gator activity until about a week ago. Now, I wonder where Momma is?

Back yard gators...what more could you ask for...don't think i'd go swimming though. Great pic...young ones are so small.

Well now thats a cool find. Just remember moms not to far away, they never stray to far from thier protector. Wish I could find that in my backyard. Do you get alot of snakes there too?
