Never seen a vulture sit still.

I have seen many a vulture in flight, but never saw one land and actually sit still. When I saw him swoop in I thought, Eagle? But some nice shots of a Turkey Vulture first thing in the morning. Enjoy!

We've had a lot of them hanging around the farm lately....got a few pictures of one sitting on a fence post out back by my clothes line. It really bothered me since we had a cat missing at the time, but she's been found since then

That's no poem....it's a song sung by Jose Feleciano for the movie "McKenna's Gold". (so I'm told) I first heard it on Letterman. Everytime he'd pitch one of his cards thru the window behind him they'd play the song.
