Great pictures. I've seen them once when on vacation in Alaska. Be careful with those bears about! Thanks for sharing.

And here I thought you had found some old pictures of me... :tard:

LOL

Great pictures! :) It's the moose that suprises me - not the bears.

Yes I was just sitting on the swing on my balcony. They are use to me by now...lol

Three years ago there was a mama moose and her baby that stayed out front for a good week and just went down to the river to drink and would come back. We even had a YFC meeting at the house that week and she never left even with all those teens here...amazing!

My only close encounter with a Griz was when I was outside working in my greenhouse. I saw him strolling by and I froze. I grabbed a garden rake...lol...not too sure I was in my right mind then! It seemed to take forever before he would leave.

All I could find right now is a picture of my greenhouse in winter.

Nice pics. I absolutely love to see them critters. Had 4 bucks in velvet come strolling through our yard and head down the main road last week. All the neighbors were taking pics, I could not find my camera. :icon_scratch: I still can't find it.

Thanks for sharing with us. Going to go look again for the camera.

Donna, Those pictures are awesome! I have never seen a moose in life, so thanks for letting me enjoy them with you. Cool greenhouse, what do you grow in it?

Please be careful of the Bear!

Re: Montana's gone wild

Yes I am very blessed to live where I do in Montana.

I haven't been able to grow anything in my greenhouse the last 2 years since I started working at the resort giving massages. The summers are way too busy and I sometimes put in 10-11 hour days. I do plan to get it going again soon. I usually have tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, lots of herbs and whatever I feel like that year...lol. I do my root crops outside still.

The elk are usually out when I am leaving work so I took a picture of them and need to put it on my computer and will post that in a few minutes. They like to cross the fencing and get to the good food...lol...they also like to lay under the sprinklers!!

Donna, you always post top rate photgraphs, your location is so beautiful, I will forgive the long winters you have and say I wish I had some of that scenery and wildlife here. :)
