Seems like at least once a week this year i see a wierd looking bug i never really gave it a thought
until i got a camera with MACRO Now when i see one i have to grab my camera and try to get a
close - up view I don't know what to call them ugly ? or beautiful creatures ?? i thought i'd share
one with you all I hopped in my truck yesterday Started backing up and i saw this thing on my window
Shut off the truck went in the house and grabbed the camera got a few shots and i liked this one I hope you do too cute little bugger huh ?

Hi bigfish31 i had no idea what it was until you suggested fruit fly I just looked it up and saw a similar photo
seems they call it a Robber Fly better known as a Hanging Thief thanks for looking

Thanks for the reply pjroo33 resolution i'll take your word for it i agree with being steady i was leaning on the truck window for this shot i'm using a cheapy Canon Powershot A620 did'nt want to spend to much and i only
bought it for the macro i'm happy with it

Thanks al pal 72 i still can't believe it sat there long enough for me to snap a few pic's
it even stayed on my window for about a 1/4 of a mile until i hit 35mph then he finally gave up
i guess he thought i'm not STICKING around here no more ?
