Very nice. I like the fluted barrel. I thought about putting one on mine but decided to go with the bull barrel. Yours looks good, It should be a tack driver.

A composite laminated custom blank from what i can see.

Pretty gun...seems some people who do custom work like that, especially on muzzle loaders...get an incredible amount of money when doing it for other people. they are in a way a type of treasure or at least much more valuble.
