Remember the code

The Warden and i ran across this cemetery today oldest headstone was 1832. Its hard not to metal detect spots like this but remember the code.Almost all the names ended with off like Smirnoff which makes me believe it belonged to a certain ethnic colony. I think it might be Russian but not sure.

Cool! My hubby and I love coming across old cemeteries out in the middle of nowhere! That place looks pretty desolate.

Oh, there's definitely an attraction to places like this. I mean, the dates are right there, so no guesswork, right? But there shouldn't be a doubt in anyone's mind that these are off-limits, no matter how large the pull to hunt them is.

Its a moral factor too. Would you want someone beeping over your grave.. Actualy I probably wouldnt mind the company but i think were just the rare exception.

I love to read old tomestones the way they use to say things on them and the saddness of how many childeren died so youg! And mulitple deathes of childeren in a family.
