Gar is not to bad once you get the hide off of it. First, be sure you have your eye protection on. Then replace the blade in your skilsaw with a new carbide tipped one. Then be really careful with the sparks the hide will through. Once dehided you will notice the noble gar has green bones. The longer you cook him, the greener they will get. After cooking probe amid the green bones to find that one square centimeter of edible flesh...Naaahhhh its not worth the effort.
